No really, I am not worried at all…
It is only a 2 hour flight, it can’t be that bad. Of course they will behave. They are used to being alone with me… maybe not in a plane though…
Victor will probably be so taken by the amazing views through the plane window that he will forget that he has to be strapped to me because he is not two yet. I am sure he will understand that he can’t have his own seat because he is another three months away from the magic number, the one that will give him access to his OWN seat. But then flying will be more expensive of course.
There is a slight problem, there is only one window and I have promised it to Elliott already. I will just have to ignore the piercing screech in my ear when Victor wants to sit there and ONLY there. Do I need to apologise to the other passengers do you think? I really should, shouldn’t I? Or maybe I will just ignore them!
Why did I decide to take a flight on my own with a 3 year old and a nearly two years old. NEARLY makes all the difference!
What am I talking about anyway? It might be all perfectly ok. Let’s hope that Victor will happily take the harness this time, not like the last attempt. People really didn’t like looking at a child being dragged around. What was best? Discussing it? Try it with Victor! Or maybe leave him there? I thought about it, but it really doesn’t take much before you are branded a bad mum…
So maybe all I need is to order a few glasses of wine and let it all wash over me… after all I might not see these people again…
Repeat after me 'it will all be alright, it will all be alright'. If not, you could try one of the PSP/ nintendo things... and deny they belong to you :)

bises.

In the air, anything goes. Nintendo's, Chocolate, Fizzy drinks. I would just take a spare shirt for them incase they puke.

Good luck!! Lots of treats, ever consider a portable DVD player they sell one in Lidl or Aldi (sorry never remember which is which), that is on my shopping list for the next flight x

Lots of treats (not sweets and choc or they'll be sick) in a bag for each of them. Don't let them see what's in there until after take off and then let them discover.
We made our two a bag each with a notebook and pen, mini colouring book and crayons, some party bag treats from Asda and other little bits and bobs.
There's an award for you over at mine as well http://www.frugalfamily.co.uk/2010/04/too-much-information.html

I am not going to be brave, if I can fly E will have pull ups on :) It is only 5 weeks he is out of nappies and being on my own with 2 I'd rather do it like this. But that's a great potty I think I see which one you mean.

I have all the treats ready, well almost, but I am just hoping I can fly now...
Thanks so much for the award! xx

The idea of the portable DVD is great but although I am sure it will work a treat with E, it won't work with V. And E is so easy going that I am sure he will be really good anyway... But I defo keep this in mind for next year :)

I would go for a few glasses of wine and a couple of Xanax. And let me add: a spare shirt for yourself as well. :) Good luck!!
